(Apple) (as the case may be). In this Privacy Policy, You or Your refers to the user of the App.

We may collect, use, disclose and sell technical data and other information other than Your Personal Information including information about mobile devices used, system and application software and peripherals, which may be gathered to facilitate the provision of updates, product support or other services.
By providing downloading, installing, operating or using the App, you expressly consent to Us storing on our servers in electronic form:

- any prescriptions for medicine that You scan into the App.
Cookies and Website Analytics
This clause applies to the ScriptTech website at scripttech.com.au. It does not change how We handle Your Personal Information within the App.
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (Google), to understand how visitors find and use Our website. Google Analytics sets cookies and similar identifiers on Your device and collects information including the pages You visit, the time and duration of Your visit, the website or search that referred You, Your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from Your IP address.
We do not send Your Personal Information to Google Analytics. No health or medical information, prescription information, or account details are provided to Google through Our website analytics.
Information collected by Google Analytics is processed and stored by Google on servers that may be located outside Australia, including in the United States. By continuing to use Our website You consent to that disclosure. Google’s handling of that information is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Policy of Children Users of the App
We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 18 years old, and no part of the App is directed to, or designed for, persons under 18 years old. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE APP AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER.

ScriptTech takes all reasonable steps to ensure that information We collect is stored in a secure manner. Your Personal Information will be used only for the purposes for which it is collected unless You consent to, or the law permits or requires its use in other ways. ScriptTech takes reasonable steps to ensure that Your Personal Information which is no longer required by ScriptTech is de-identified or destroyed. Any data comprising Your Personal Information may be stored in hosting centres in Australia, South East Asia, Europe and the United States of America.

Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Accessing and Changing Your Information
You may request access to Your Personal Information held by ScriptTech. If You want to check the information We have collected about You to make sure that all the details We have are correct, You can contact Us using the details listed below and We will make a copy of Your Personal Information available to You as soon as practical. If You request to have Your Personal Information removed from Our database You will be required to provide ScriptTech with identifying information to verify and confirm Your identity. ScriptTech will endeavour to locate Your Personal Information and delete it from its records.
